Share links, keep them, and embed them
How Prap links work: how long they last, comments and view counts, passwords, and embedding in Notion or Confluence.
Share
In the player or editor: Share ▾ → Share link. The link is copied, ready to paste.
How long
30 days by default. To keep a link until you stop sharing it, open Settings → Privacy and shared links → Options… and tick “Keep this link” (5 GB per person).
Who watched
Options… shows views, how far people watched, and comments. You can add a button, a password, or ask for an email before watching.
Embed
Share ▾ → Copy embed code, and paste it into Notion, Confluence, Jira or a web page. Pasting a prap.app link into tools that support oEmbed works too.
